First time at this track. Oulton Park’s layout “may seem” simple, but its terrain and location makes it very tough, with many corners off-camber on the exit of the corner and many blind-entry corners.
Here is Anthony to tell you more about it
Pre-season training is going very well. There isn’t all that much time before the first test of the season at Oulton Park and Donington Park before the first BSB Round at Brands Hatch.
At Circuit D’Osona.

Watch Anthony rebuild his RS125 from the frame up. In order to get the bike from the US to Spain, we completely took it apart. Watch it magically get put together. Part 1 sees Anthony bolt on forks, swing-arm, rear shock, and engine.
After a long summer break from Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup Action, Anthony made his way to Brno.
Brno is a track in the middle of a forest. When we arrived, we thought we were lost. There is nothing but trees and small roads. That is, until you reach the track. It’s basically a racing oasis in a dessert of trees. Just awesome.
Though the calendar called for only one race (normally Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup weekends are double-headers), Anthony rode at his best. He qualified 18th, his best yet. He got a great start and even made up several places going into T1. Unfortunately, a fellow rider crashed in front of him, and to avoid hitting and injuring the rider, Anthony checked up and slowed down. This also meant he lost touch with the group.
He was last after the incident, but crawled himself to a respectable 16 place.
Silverstone is next weekend, a double-header, and since Anthony has visited this track, he’s confident he’ll do even better.
Yesterday, Anscari Nadal (www.nadaltech.com) was able to secure a CRF450 Supermoto from his friend Leandro.
Anthony had a blast riding around on asphalt and was all-smiles.
Special thanks to Leandro for letting Anthony ride his bike. And of course, this could not have happened without Anscari putting it together.
Thanks to our friend Anscari Nadal (www.nadaltech.com) Anthony was able to finally ride a bike outside of his Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup steed. He had a blast and cannot wait to do it again.
Enjoy the video.
Anthony’s first day at a Spanish resident…
This weekend is round 3 and 4 of the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies cup. The races take place in Jerez; Saturday and Sunday.
Both Rookies Cup races in Jerez can be seen live on www.redbull.tv. Race 1 is at 16.30 CET on Saturday May 4th and Race 2 is on Sunday at 15.30 CET, the show starts 10 minutes before the race.
Our trip here was pretty long, around 25 hours but we’re finally here. We’ve never been to a European MotoGP round and our jaws dropped when we got here. The atmosphere is already abuzz and it’s only Thursday. The hospitality suites are ridiculous. It’s just crazy. And yes, the Ducati hospitality is the largest by far.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the weekend.
